About the subdivision

Since its establishment in 1995 the company has worked in the design, installation, and routine maintenance of building utility systems in conjunction with its other activities, in 2006 Joint Stock Company (JSC) “Yglė”, due to the market demand and the company’s increased volume, founded a separate subdivision, Pastatų valdymas ( Building management ), which serves all of Lithuania and has its own structure and budget.

JSC “Yglė” Pastatų valdymas is one of the biggest building maintenance companies in Lithuania. currently, the total area of the buildings it maintains amounted to 1,2 million m².

Routine maintenance service for utility systems was the first product offered by JSC “Yglė” Pastatų valdymas. During the entire period of its existence, the company has successfully attracted many faithful clients throughout Lithuania with the help to this service. The reasons for the success of this activity are: the professionalism of its employees, its work organisation, and its good results.

Building management is currently a service, which has high market demand and requires a strict approach and great responsibility in the building’s management. This service includes the analysis, thrift, use of preventative measures, and solution of all the problems in a building’s operation.
